DNA Architecture + Design, Inc partnered with Hope of the Valley Mission to serve Los Angeles’ most vulnerable populations and design a homeless shelter in North Hollywood. Developed as part of Mayor Eric Garcetti’s A Bridge Home initiative, the shelter provides 85 beds and social services for residents and the surrounding community. In addition, the converted warehouse houses office space for Hope of the Valley Mission staff and volunteers. Merit Award - Temporary Housing - 2021 AIA LA Residential Architecture Awards.
