EARL COURT RESIDENCE

A concrete and steel circulation core anchors a new, three-story single family residence located on a cul-de-sac in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. The structure is stacked vertically to both minimize the footprint and preserve the majority of the parcel for a garden area populated with native plant species. Two steel clad volumes cantilevered in opposing directions are situated atop a concrete garage level and offer views towards downtown Los Angeles.
